Invoicing

• The guide will draw up an invoice or expense note based on the information below.
• Upon acceptance of the assignment, the applicant will receive the guide's contact details.
• Any changes to the date or time must be notified to the guide in advance by email. The guide will charge an additional €10 for this.
• If the booking is cancelled within 30 calendar days prior to the visit, the guide will charge 50% of the booking fee.
• If the booking is cancelled within 7 calendar days prior to the visit, the full amount will be charged.
