Digital accessibility statement

We do our best to comply with WCAG 2.2 level AA requirements. These are international standards around digital accessibility, developed at the initiative of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

They are included in the European Accessibility Act (EAA), the law around accessibility of products and services that will be in force from 28 June 2025. Digital accessibility is an important part of this EAA.

There are a number of requirements that we currently do not fully meet. Together with our website builder LOFT 33, we are organising an audit to get a more detailed view of what our customers with special needs may be struggling with.
